Paul Thompson

Finance Director

Paul has over 25 years' experience within the property sector, holding Finance Director roles for PLC housebuilders including Barratt Developments and Countryside Properties.

Paul's experience in both financial management and funding will enable the sustainable growth of the business and ensure that the correct financial and procedural controls are in place.

 

Mark Bedding

Land and Planning Director

Mark has over 15 years' experience within the development industry, beginning his career at Savills in the West End before holding senior management positions at housebuilding PLCs, including Crest Nicholson. Mark has successfully identified and obtained planning consent on a number of major, residential schemes across the South East, developing close relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers along the way.

His experience in both land and planning disciplines will ensure that Aviary grows an excellent short and longer term portfolio, adding value through the planning process.
