Aviary benefit from having significant private funding which enables us to complete purchases within eight weeks of agreeing Head of Terms (as soon as possible allowing for legal searches). All of our offers are informed by detailed due diligence so landowners can be assured that our original offer will not be reduced further down the line. We also have a very streamlined leadership team so decisions can be made swiftly.

Please get in touch if you have an opportunity that meets the following criteria:

Land in Essex, East Hertfordshire, South Cambridgeshire or LB Havering
Private schemes of 3-10 units with Outline or Full Planning Permission (minimum GDV of £3 million)
Land without planning permission with a capacity of 1-20 units. Subject to planning agreements preferred with a maximum longstop date of 18 months
All opportunities must accommodate low density housing with gardens (no flatted schemes)
